Senior Frontend Developer

We are rebuilding the interface our 400 enterprise customers live in every day, and we want someone who cares about the last ten percent.

What you will do

• Own the front end of two product surfaces end to end, from the first sketch to the production rollout.
• Cut our largest bundle down. It is 1.4 MB today and it should not be.
• Pair with the two designers on the team weekly. You will be in the file, not just receiving handoffs.
• Set the testing and accessibility bar for a team that is about to double.

What we are looking for

• Five or more years shipping production front end, at least two on a design-heavy product.
• Deep TypeScript and React. You know when a framework is the wrong answer.
• A track record with Core Web Vitals on a real, messy codebase.
• Opinions about accessibility that you can defend without a checklist.

The team

Eleven engineers, three designers, one PM. Hybrid means two fixed days in our Shoreditch office, Tuesday and Thursday, and the rest wherever you work best.
