How the board works

Everything you need to know, before you apply.

Most job boards make you earn the basics. This one puts the salary, the contract and the company on the listing, and lets you apply without re-typing your career.

9 of 9 current listings show a salary range. That is the rule, not the average.

The problem

Applying is a black box.

You read “competitive salary”. You send a resume into a form that mangles it. Then nothing — for weeks, or forever. By round three you find out the budget was twenty percent below what you earn now.

None of that is a technology problem. It is a disclosure problem, and a job board is exactly the place to fix it. So we made the salary range a condition of publishing, verified the companies, and made application status something you can actually see.

What you get

Four rules that change the search.

  • 01

The salary is on every listing

Not "competitive". A range, before you click. A listing without one does not get published, so you never spend three rounds finding out it was never going to work.

  • 02

    One profile, every application

Fill it in once. Apply in a click, to anything on the board. No re-typing your career into a fourth ATS that lost the formatting.

  • 03

    Every company is verified

We check the entity, the funding claim and the team size before a listing goes live. No ghost roles kept open to farm a talent pool.

  • 04

You always know where you stand

Every application shows its real state — seen, shortlisted, closed. Employers who leave applications unread lose their verified badge.

How it works

Three steps. No funnel.

Average time from landing on the board to a first application: under six minutes.

  1. Build your profile once

Name, field, resume. Two minutes. No cover letter, no personality quiz, no "tell us your salary expectations" before we tell you the range.

  2. Filter on what actually matters

Salary, contract, arrangement, field. The filters are the things you would ask about in the first five minutes of a call.

  3. Apply, then track it

One click sends your profile. Your dashboard shows every application and its real status, so you can stop refreshing your inbox.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Does it cost anything?

Not for candidates, and not later either. Browsing, your profile, applications and tracking are free. Employers pay for the listing, which is what keeps it that way.

Do I need an account to browse?

No. Every listing, salary included, is readable without logging in. You only need a profile when you want to apply in one click.

What does "verified company" mean?

We check the registered entity, confirm the role is live with a named hiring contact, and re-check when a listing is renewed. Companies that leave applications unread lose the badge.

Will my current employer see my profile?

Only if you make your profile searchable, which is off by default. You can also block named companies from seeing you at all.

What happens to my data?

It stays yours. Export or permanently delete everything from your settings at any time; deletion completes within 30 days. We do not sell candidate data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

I am hiring, not job hunting.
