If a paid listing gets nothing in 30 days, we refund it in full. Email us; it takes two days.

There is no subscription to cancel, because we never started one.

Is there really no subscription?
No. You pay per listing or per pack, and nothing renews on its own. We would rather you come back because hiring worked than because you forgot to cancel.
Is the first listing free?
Yes. Your first opening is free with no time limit and no card required. Post it, see the applications, then decide whether to pay for the next one.
What does it cost candidates?
Nothing, ever. Candidates browse, create a profile and apply for free. We do not sell candidate data and we do not charge for applications.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Buy five listings, use them across eighteen months if that is how your hiring falls. Unused credits stay on the account.
Why do you require a salary range?
Because it is the one rule the whole board is built on. A listing without a range does not get published, on any plan. It is not a setting you can turn off.
What happens when a listing expires?
It comes off the board and moves to your archive. You keep every application you received, and you can relist in one click without paying again inside the same 60-day window.
Can I get a refund?
If a listing receives no applications in its first 30 days, we refund it in full, no conversation required. Email us and it is done inside two business days.
How do you handle procurement and data?
Enterprise agreements come with a DPA, a completed security questionnaire and named contacts. Data is hosted in the EU, and we can support your own MSA and PO process.
