UX Researcher

We are the first dedicated research hire. You will build the practice rather than inherit one.

What you will do

• Set up a repeatable research cadence across three product teams.
• Run generative and evaluative work, and be clear with the team about which one a question needs.
• Build a findings repository people actually search. Most do not get used and we know why.
• Teach designers and product managers to run their own usability sessions well.

What we are looking for

• Three or more years of product research, ideally including a period as the only researcher.
• Mixed methods, and the honesty to say when a sample cannot support a conclusion.
• Strong writing. Most of your influence will arrive as a document someone reads without you.

Practicalities

Fully remote within the UK. We meet in person once a quarter, travel covered.
